Proposal documents may be obtained at the Procurement Office at 333 Western Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or by calling 413-572-5245. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
